Our fruits, which are grown with controlled agriculture in our own garden and other gardens in the region, are on the market under the brand Mese Fruit.
We work with our principles of quality products, honest, ethical and moral values in packaging and export, which are complementary to the production process.
Mese Fruit delivers the freshest product to its customers in the fastest way by acting in accordance with the harvest periods in the region where the best apples of Turkey are grown.
Storage
We quickly transport freshly harvested fruits to cold storage and store them in suitable conditions. The temperatures in the cold storage vary between 0ºC and 4ºC, depending on the cooling sensitivity of apple varieties.
Packing
In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we pack the products in the cold storage rooms with the sizes and packages requested by our customers in a way to meet all their special needs and make them ready for shipment. We are IFS Food certified, which means that all our storage and packaging processes comply with high hygiene and food safety standards.
Quality & Control
All controls are carried out starting from the pesticide residue analysis, measurement of sugar, acidity and brix level of the products arriving at the storage facilities, until the shipment stage. Ready-to-delivery products are inspected according to customer quality standards.
